Manufacture Process

Step 1

Before manufacturing the stair climber we made 3D design of it from a computer using a software called Solid works.

Step 2

After making the design we started to work on the manufacturing of the stair climber. The components which we used for stair climber were wood, battery, aluminum rods and gears.

Step 3

We used wood as a body of stair climber and we cut the wood as per our design requirement.

Step 4

Aluminum rods were used as the rods of stair climber. Rods were cut as per our design requirement.

Step 5

Tyres of stair climber were made of wood. Wood was cut into the desired shape as we required and the types of the robot was the average size of the stairs.

Step 6

After cutting motors were attached with the rods at the rear tires. And motors were connected to the battery.
